Anyone can order from Beautycube.  Beautycube ship internationally but all prices displayed are in Australian dollars.

Is it safe to order online?

Of course. Beautycube uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.

Are my personal details safe with Beautycube?

Beautycube practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.

How can I place an order?

Online using paypal, Afterpay or your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

What are the returns/exchange policy?

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unopened, unworn, unused and with labels intact.


What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item in our online store which has not yet arrived in stock.

Pre-ordering is a great way to ensure that you are the first to receive and don’t miss out on an item from a new collection.

How do I place a pre-order?

Placing a pre-order is just the same as placing a normal online order, although you will not receive your item until the new collection has arrived.

To place a pre-order, select the size you would like to purchase, and click 'add to bag' to go through the payment process like a normal online order.

When will I be charged?

Payment for your pre-order item is instant.

You will be charged via your nominated payment method as soon as the order is placed.

Can I change my mind on a pre order?

All pre-orders placed are final.

We cannot refund any chance of mind orders from our online store.

How do I know when my pre-order item will be sent?

There is an estimated arrival date listed above each pre-order item.

This can be subject to change depending on when we receive the item.

As soon as your pre-ordered item arrives in stock, we will send out that day.

You will receive an email notifying you that your item has been sent.
