How much does delivery cost?

Free standard delivery on all Australian orders over $50 (except NT)

$9.95 standard delivery for all other Australian orders

$20 express delivery for Australian orders* $50 for NZ orders*

*Please note weight restrictions may apply to express delivery option and international orders.

If weight restrictions apply to your order, we will contact you to discuss available options or additional charges.


How do you deliver?

Orders are dispatched with Australia Post, Toll, Toll Priority or Fastway.

Orders are assessed due to weight, size and location and the appropriate freight company is used for delivery of the order.

We aim to keep delivery costs low and provide the quickest delivery option for each order.


Does Beautycube deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world.

International delivery is currently a flat rate of $50.

*Orders may require an additional shipping fee due to weight.

We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order if the order is above standard shipping.


When will my order be sent?

Orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched from that day.

In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order dispatch will be held up.

If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and dispatch as soon as the product is available.

If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.


When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 1-5 business day from leaving us depending on your location.

Please note orders which are large in size may take longer for delivery due to being shipped by road freight.

This is out of our control and delivery time lies with the freight company. We do ship with the company that we believe offers the most efficient delivery option.

International delivery times will vary.


What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you.

The item needs to be returned as it was received: unused and with labels intact.
